Open House Preview Guidelines

Description:


• Previews are held every Friday at 9:00am

• Open House Preview Listing Forms must be submitted to the Association by 3:00pm on Wednesdays.

• Listing agent is required to attend the Open House Preview to pitch their listing for their photos to be displayed.

• Only those listings which are set as Active status may be previewed.

• Only listings for the upcoming Open House Preview will be accepted.

• Drawings, lunch, or refreshments are acceptable options. ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL!

• TO CANCEL, please call the Association office at 562.860.5656 by Thursday at 2:00pm, day before the preview.

• THIS IS NOT A RECRUITING EVENT
